Memories have a chance to drop from completing critical engagements or skirmishes, but this is not the optimal way to farm them. Mobs also have the same chance to drop the memories. After the first weapon the time needed is severly reduced. If you have multiple classes at 80 you can hoard the quest on each step and farm some steps while doing the other.

Well getting through Bozja is fast, The relic is done on its own. You just need to complete specific milestones in Bozja to unlock the next relic quest. By the way, something about Bozja that not many people talk about. You can do it with level 71+ characters.
